Haila Ziad Kamal, an Ezidi student from Sinjar and a nursing student at the University of Nineveh, participated in Iraq’s National University Debating Championship.
Competing with her university team, she delivered a strong performance, helping secure an advanced position in the competition among universities across Iraq.
The university emphasised her participation as part of efforts to strengthen students’ critical thinking and dialogue skills, with the aim of preparing them for international academic platforms.
