Sin niñas educadas, no hay Ezdixan

Tener más personas educadas y bien establecidas beneficia a todos los Ezidis (mlete Ezdi) del mundo. Con más Ezidis empoderados, tendremos mayores posibilidades de protegernos, de hacer oír nuestra voz en el ámbito internacional, e incluso de lograr nuestro sueño colectivo de reconstruir nuestra tierra ancestral, Ezdixan. Pero no podemos lograrlo confiando únicamente en los hombres. Necesitamos tanto hombres como mujeres Ezidis que estén educados, sean respetados y ocupen cargos de liderazgo. Ese es el camino hacia el verdadero éxito y la prosperidad. Forzar a las niñas a matrimonios tempranos solo para que tengan hijos—hijos que, debido a la falta de acceso a una educación y desarrollo profesional adecuados, probablemente no podrán contribuir de forma sólida a nuestra sociedad—mientras se espera que los hombres carguen con todo el peso, es una visión ingenua. Sans filles instruites, il n’y a pas d’Ezdixan

Avoir davantage de personnes instruites et bien établies est un atout pour tous les Ezidis (mlete Ezdi) à travers le monde. Avec davantage d’Ezidis autonomes, nous avons de meilleures chances de nous protéger, de faire entendre nos voix au niveau international, et peut-être même de réaliser notre rêve collectif de reconstruire la terre ancestrale, Ezdixan. Mais nous ne pouvons y parvenir en comptant uniquement sur les hommes. Nous avons besoin à la fois d’hommes et de femmes Ezidis instruits, respectés et occupant des postes à responsabilité. C’est le chemin vers la véritable réussite et la prospérité. Forcer les filles à se marier jeunes uniquement pour qu’elles donnent naissance à des enfants – enfants qui, par manque d’accès à une bonne éducation et à des perspectives professionnelles, risquent de ne pas pouvoir contribuer efficacement à notre société – tout en s’attendant à ce que les hommes portent seuls tout le poids, est naïf. Il suffit de regarder n’importe quel pays prospère : on y voit des femmes qui contribuent autant que les hommes à résoudre les problèmes collectifs. On y voit des sociétés fortes et florissantes.
