If you have created an account in the Ezidi Times mobile application, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
1. How to request account deletion
To delete your account, please send an email to: info@eziditimes.com
Use the subject line: “Delete my Ezidi Times account“
In your request, include: (Optional) any additional details that help us identify your account

2. What data will be deleted
When your request is processed, we will delete:
- Your account from our authentication system (Firebase)
- Associated account identifiers (such as email and user ID)
- Any linked account data stored by Ezidi Times
3. What may be retained
Some data may be retained where necessary for:
- Legal obligations
- Security and fraud prevention
- Technical or administrative purposes
Such data will only be kept for as long as required and will not be used for any other purpose.
